I am really annoyed right now because I just finished this bog and accidently deleted it becuase it was saved in drafts and I didn't know it was the actual blog. I'm pissed.
But basically, the two articles, "What is Plagiarism" and "How to Avoid Plagiarism" are long, and very informative. I am really lucky I read these because I could have gotten in big trouble. Phew! Here are some of the things I learned:
In "What is Plagiarism"
1)Tells us what is and isn't plagiarism
2) Paraphrasing without citation is considered plagiarism
3) Tells you what and what not to quote.
4) It is plagiarism if your paper has more quotes than your own words.
In "How to Avoid Plagiarism":
1) Cite EVERYTHING. If it's not your idea- cite it
2) You still have to cite your teacher's lectures.
3) Not only do you need to cite everything, it needs to be correct.
I need to watch myself haha!
